It has become evident that veteran Nollywood actor Richard Mofe-Damijo popularly known as, RMD, has carved a niche for himself in the movie industry. In recent times, the grandpa has been seen dishing out some hot fashion goals and his fans can’t stop talking about his charming looks.

Born July 6, 1961, the 57-year-old actor was the former commissioner for culture and tourism in Delta state. He was born in Aladja community of Udu Kingdom, near Warri and attended Midwest College, Warri and Anglican Grammar School. RMD later enrolled into the University of Benin (UNIBEN) to continue his tertiary education where he studied Theatre Arts. In 1997, Mofe-Damijo returned to the university to study law at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and graduated in 2004.

After his graduation from UNILAG, the talented actor took part in several television soap operas in the late 80s and worked at Concord Newspaper as a reporter. At the maiden edition of the African Movie Awards (AMA), he clinched his first award as best actor in a leading role in 2005. Ever since, the talented actor has managed to remain relevant in the movie industry. Despite being a grandfather, it appears that the 57-year-old actor is gradually delving into the fashion industry as he never fails to step out looking dapper in casual, sports and traditional outfits.

The #AgbadaChallenge has been all shades of exciting and I would like to start by thanking everybody for the votes, likes and comments for me and the agbadas I wore, I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of love but really the real winners are the designers and the Nigerian fashion they so creatively presented. To keep the #Agbada flag flying I encourage us all to come out on the 28th of Sept for the opening of #MerryMen across all the cinemas in Nigeria in our agbadas to celebrate a truly Nigerian creation. Like our legendary World Cup jersey, it’s time to sell another truly Nigerian brand to the world and make them wear our agbada too. Who is with me? Oya Merry Men let’s go there. @aycomedian @ramseynouah @falzthebahdguy @jim.iyke and all the bloggers that made the whole experience a delight. Agbada by @yomicasual

In these days of #SQUADS and #CLIQUES and #CLUBS and #TEAMS and every “group thing” in between, the question is: How do the things you latch yourself on to serve you? Are you “TEAMING” and “SQUADING” and “CLIQUING” with the band-wagon just to seem/appear cool? Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against #Squads as I actually belong to the #PrivilegeSquad President? -Christ. Privileges? -•Favour •Grace •Divine Health •Unconditional Love •Unlimited possibilities •Prosperity •Eternal Life and every AMAZINGLY PRECIOUS life gift in between. If your Squad doesn’t offer you all that and more then it’s time to move over to the #JesusSide that’s the #SQUADGOAL that makes sense. What’s your #SQUADGOALS ? TELL ME ABOUT it.
